By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mikael Davis Academy provides self-paced online courses in college access, scholarship strategy, AMCAS and medical-school applications, graduate-school preparation, and grant writing; digital products including e-books and audiobooks; a personalized digital assistant ("Zay"); and private consulting services. Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Student Dashboard; see our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or resell your account or course access to others.
• Download, copy, or redistribute course content, e-books, or audiobooks beyond personal use.
• Use automated tools to scrape, enumerate, or abuse the App's endpoints.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or spam content through our forms.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or rate limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, e-books, audiobooks, branding, and App materials are the property of Mikael Davis Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a course or product grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the content — not ownership of the content itself.

7. Disclaimers

The App and its content are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee admission to any institution, award of any scholarship or grant, or any specific outcome. Zay the Digital Assistant provides AI-generated guidance that may be incomplete or inaccurate; you should verify important information independently. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikael Davis Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Newport News, Virginia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
